Our recruiters evaluate each candidate's English skills and their passion for teaching English, since our goal is to provide an interesting learning experience led by engaged and enthusiastic tutors.
Our staff provides extensive training to future tutors and they receive coaching and feedback sessions throughout their career.
The hiring process includes a "demo class”. The candidate must deliver an effective and enjoyable lesson in order to become one of our tutors!
