Registering with Francolink

In order to take lessons on Francolink, you must be a registered paid user. Please subscribe to one of our plans to start your lessons.

To register with Francolink, follow these simple steps:

1. Visit the Francolink website at www.francolink.com.
2. Click on the "Register” button.
3. Fill out the registration form or register using your Facebook login.
4. Click on the "Sign Up” button to complete the registration process.
5. Upon registration, you should receive a confirmation email; click on the link in the email to confirm your email address.
6. Click "Continue” to start using Francolink.

If you encounter any issues during registration, please contact us with as many details as possible.

In compliance with our Privacy Policy, all your information will be kept confidential.

Account Usage Guidelines

To ensure a positive learning experience for all users, please note the following account usage guidelines:

• Do not share your Francolink account with others, except when supervising a child (between ages 2 and 12) during lessons.
• Do not register multiple accounts using the same email address.
• Do not register multiple accounts for personal use by the same individual.

Logging into Francolink

Once you have registered with Francolink, you can access your account on any device worldwide. Please keep your registered email address and password secure.

If you have trouble logging into your account, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

• Ensure that you've entered the correct email address and password.
• Check the letter case (email and password are case-sensitive).
• Disable "Caps Lock" and ensure no extra spaces are included in the email address.
• Adjust your browser settings to accept cookies for seamless login.

Resetting Your Password

If you forget your password or need to reset it, follow these steps:

1. Visit the Francolink login page and click on "Forgot Password”.
2. Enter your registered email address.
3. Check your email for a password reset link (valid for 6 hours).
4. Follow the link to reset your password.
5. Return to the login page and sign in with your new password.
