Tardy Policy

At Francolink, we value punctuality and effective learning experiences. While starting your lesson on time is ideal, we understand that life can get busy.

Your tutor will wait for your arrival for up to 10 minutes from the scheduled start time of your lesson. If you are unable to attend within this timeframe, the lesson will be automatically cancelled to respect the schedules of our tutors and other learners.

It's important to note that if you miss a lesson without prior notice, your lesson ticket will not be refunded or transferred to another session.

Cancelling Your Lesson

We understand that plans can change. To cancel a lesson without forfeiting your lesson ticket, please follow these steps:

  1. Access your Dashboard or Booked Lessons page.
  2. Locate the lesson you wish to cancel.
  3. Click on the "Cancel" button associated with the lesson.
  4. Confirm the cancellation to complete the process.

If you cancel your lesson at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time, your lesson ticket will remain valid for future use. However, cancelling within 30 minutes of the lesson start time will result in the loss of your lesson ticket.
