1. Lesson Ticket Refunds

- Lesson tickets can be refunded if the request is made within 30 days of purchase.
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- No refunds will be issued for lesson tickets that have been used or expired.
2. Subscription Refunds
For subscription plans, the following guidelines apply:
- Refunds for subscription plans are subject to the terms and conditions of the plan.
- If eligible for a refund, it will be processed based on the remaining unused portion of the subscription.
- Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
